It offers information about how to install airbag switches as well as how to disconnect airbags. Unfortunately, both of the above cost money. Disconnecting is cheaper because you have to hire a professional to install an airbag switch. Air Bag Disconnect Information Disabling airbags on your own is complicated and dangerous, even if you have the proper instructions. In order for you to be able to legally hire a professional to disable your airbag, you have to first procure an exemption from the NHTSA (how annoying is that?!).
